BCCS Georgetown has multiple treatment modalities. We provide traditional outpatient and intensive outpatient (IOP) substance abuse counseling, and outpatient mental health counseling and medication management. Dual diagnosis services are also available. We help people rebuild their lives in key areas, including sobriety and mental health stabilization, community integration, interpersonal relationships, and housing and employment.

Inside our welcoming offices, culturally diverse staff reflect the community we serve. Certified counselors, licensed clinical social workers, and a psychiatric nurse practitioner are on site. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and private pay.

  • Children have a safe space where they can learn, grow and heal, including on-site licensed day care, therapeutic interventions, education, and recreation.

 Intensive Outpatient Program

  • The Lighthouse IOP offers continued care for women transitioning from the Residential program and/or any female aged 18 and over who requires mental and or substance abuse counseling in an IOP setting.

  • Intensive Outpatient services provide a higher level of care that helps these patients set and work toward their goals for recovery. They attend group counseling for 3 hours, 3 days a week, and also have increased individual counseling.

  • BCCS staff selects appropriate candidates for the program based on consistent attendance, effort in previous treatment programs, medical approval, and compliance with other agency requirements.

  • Since its introduction in 2009, the IOP Program has helped several long-time drug users provide their first ever negative drug screen and achieve significant success in sobriety.
