Candlelight Vigil - Overdose Awareness Day 2015

“On Saturday, May 30th, we lost a dedicated and gentle public servant, Beau Biden. This is a sad time for the Biden family, and the state of Delaware. As our Attorney General, he dedicated himself to protecting Delawareans from child abuse, and from violence. He was a fierce advocate for prevention of alcohol abuse and substance use. He was smart, intuitive, and respected all people equally.
